The entire content of Realindua, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Abhimo Technologies or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

2. User Uploaded Content

By uploading content to Realindua, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses to share that content. You are solely responsible for the content you upload.

• Plagiarism or copyright theft is strictly prohibited.
• Users retain their ownership rights, but grant us a platform license.

3. DMCA/Take Down Requests

Realindua respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you (email, phone).
• A statement of good faith belief that use of the material is unauthorized.

4. Repeat Infringers

Under appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, Realindua may disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
