4. Video Upload Rules

When you upload content, you retain ownership but grant Realindua a license to use, host, and display that content as part of the service.

• Content must not violate intellectual property rights.
• No adult, violent, or illegal content.
• Realindua reserves the right to remove any content at its sole discretion.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are processed securely. Realindua uses third-party payment processors to ensure your safety.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Abhimo Technologies and its licensors.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Abhimo Technologies, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
